      Description

      Add a "-v" option to cord-in-a-box.sh script that reports the version. Example:

      ```
      ./cord-in-a-box.sh -v
      CiaB Version 2.0 (cord-2.0 branch)
      ```

      When running a build, the output of the CiaB script should also make clear which version is being built.
