      Description

      The M-CORD service graph doesn't load correctly on an mcord-in-a-box install.  The issue seems to be that the base-openstack profile creates an empty GraphConstraint, and this causes the M-CORD service graph to print out on a single line.  Removing the empty constraint seems to fix the issue.
