Key issue in synchronizers that manage VMs

Controlling OpenStack VMs using SSH requires proxying through the compute node.  In the Ansible config file generated for the playbook there is a line like this:

ssh_args = -o "ProxyCommand ssh -q -i /opt/cord_profile/node_key -o StrictHostKeyChecking=no root@node.mcord6.xos-pg0.wisc.cloudlab.us nc 172.27.0.9 22" 

The node key is not currently present in the synchronizer container so SSH proxying fails.
