      Description

      Users (network operators) are writing OSS/BSS applications and global orchestrators on top of CORD's northbound interfaces (REST API and TOSCA). All functionality available in CORD needs to include endpoints for these interfaces, and these endpoints need to be documented. Example Views that exercise these interfaces also give operators a valuable template for using these interfaces.

      Individual user stories are likely to correspond to completing the NBI for individual service features.
