vagrant hosts not automatically detected by head node

Problem:

When installing cord, the make script fails because the head node cannot talk to the virtual machines inside the head node.

Solution:

In the make script (or bootstrap script), add a step that is:

vagrant plugin install vagrant-hostsupdater
