In a two-spine configuration rebooting just one of the spines leads to shutting down the ports on all the leafs. The result is a complete disintegration of vCMTS.
When one spine is lost, ONOS for some reason thinks that the lost link was the only one remaining, while the other spine if there and is fine.
I suppose that this was introduced in the recent commit
