For some reason the MCORD VMs often come up in ERROR state in Nova. Occasionally there is a message in the nova-compute log about "qemu-img convert" failing with exit code -15.
The workaround is to delete the VMs and let XOS re-create them. Integrate this workaround into the M-CORD test.
