      Description

      From Scott: I think it would be nice to have backend_status displayed in the form view (perhaps in a tab). In some instances is can be quite lengthy, particularly when there are multiple errors that have occurred to an object. It would also be nice to expand it out (I think `//` is used as an error separator).

      In general display the hidden_fields in a separate tab as read-only fields
