As an administrator, I would like to block all traffic from a specified port, except for an ethtype==802.1x authentication request...
The AAA app would forward the authentication request to the configured Radius server, and then (on validation of the request) would unblock the port programmatically.
'Blacklisting' is preferred, which means we need to explicitly name every ports we want to block. Ports without configure will be 'allowed' by default.
