      Description

      Come up with a plan for how to unify existing synchronizer implementations into a small set of design patterns. In scope for this design are rewriting aspects of the synchronizer framework, and refactoring the framework to make it easier to build synchronizers (e.g, Everything as Ansible Playbook, EAAPB).

      Produce a design document in Google Docs describing the proposed plan.
