      Sometimes SR-IOV device plugin pods encounter "MountVolume.Setup failed." When it happens, we usually removed and redeployed the SR-IOV device plugin pods. For automatically redeploy the pods, we need to add verification/redeployment steps for SR-IOV device plugin in Jenkins file.
