      Description

      Must write Accelleran CU/DU helm charts for COMAC release and ONF Connect as well.

      Of course, we already have the helm chart. However, something has been changed compared to the MWC demo. (1) SR-IOV type has been changed; (2) CU will be deployed a remote cluster.

      Therefore, write the helm chart.
