      Description

      The old MME does not open to public and it makes it hard to debug when something goes wrong. Need to support openmme.

      This story includes the tasks below,

      • Build docker image for openmme and publish it to official omec dockerhub repo - do we have it?
      • Add manifests to deploy openmme to mcord-release/mcord-services chart
