      Description

      Initial MIB uploads is time consuming and storage of information to the database can take up to 400 mS per entity. This needs to be investigated and speed improved.

      Additional work to implement caching to speed up reads may be worthwhile, but p+robably waiting until etcd is fully supported and the read-only view container is ready+
