      Description

      change images from `voltha/<name>` to `voltha-<name>` and will reference in compose/stack file as `${registry}voltha-<name>`.

      If you want local images then nothing needs to be changed
      if you want remote images then `REGISTRY=voltha/` or if you want a private registry `REGISTRY=private:5000/voltha/`
