      Description

      Present a proposal to the VOLTHA TST on a general purpose State Machine / Task runner that can be implemented to simplify OpenOMCI tasks such as MIB Synchronization, Alarm Synchronization, Testing, PM Collection, ONU heartbeat, and service realization.

      Deliverables/Acceptance Criteria: WIKI documentation in OpenOMCI Design Document area and initial checking of supporting source code.
