      Description

      Create a presentation for the VOLTHA TST on an initial external MIB Database for OpenOMCI MEs. This database will be used by a set of one or more MIB Synchronization tasks/state machines.

      Some sample code/pseudo-code as well as diagrams to communicate ideas or proposed sequences of operations is highly encouraged.
