EnhSecurityControl ME is not derived from EntityClass

      Description

      All of the ME Entities in omci_entities.py are derived from EntityClass except for the Enhanced Security Control ME. This results in it not being added to the entity_id_to_class_map. So decode of this frame (can occur as an AVC) fails with a key error
