Usage of old ONOS version in Release 2.11

      Description

      In voltha release LTS 2.11 there is a very old ONOS version 0.1.29 used. This version is from 03/03/2022. There are two newer versions 0.1.30 and 0.1.31, latest from 26/09/2022.
      But we need a version, which has to contain changes from Gustavo Silva of November 7th 2022!
      Both pipelines https://jenkins.opencord.org/view/VOLTHA-2.11/job/periodic-voltha-unitag-subscriber-tt-test-bbsim-2.11/ and https://jenkins.opencord.org/view/VOLTHA-2.11/job/periodic-voltha-dt-test-bbsim-2.11/ are failing accordingly.
