During HW test https://jenkins.opencord.org/view/VOLTHA-2.X-Tests/job/build_menlo-certification-pod-radisys-1600g_1T8GEM_voltha_DT_master_test/76 we saw an omci config error and crash during flow removal after adapter restart.
