      Description

      It's been noticed that for olt los indication, olt-adapter sends kafka events with a 9 digit number in "intf-id" field. For other alarm indications, this field is simply 0,1,... (meaning PON-0, PON-1)

       

      In order to make this a standard, all of the alarm indications will be checked and they will be set to 0,1,... instead of 9 digit numbers.
