Delivery of correct ONU pm-data for UNI_Status

      Description

      Testing ONU pm-data with bbsim delivers always the same values for UNI-Status metric element oper_status and uni_admin-state, independ on real state. Both element values are set to 0, which means enabled resp. unlocks. In case of disable ONU device  for both element values 1 (disabled resp. locks) are expected.
