omci-lib-go: Support access to raw packet data

When receiving unknown vendor or unsupported OMCI Managed Entities, the actual OMCI ME Attributes are not fully accessible since number of attributes and their sizes are unknown by definition.

Supply an access property in the received message that allows access to the raw attribute data (byte slice) would be useful so that programs above the library can handle the data any way they care.
