Description

on EAPOL removal ONOS retries flow removal and eventually gets the ack via flow-stats but because the removal of the flow-objective is declared failed there is no progress on the subscriber provisioning. Retry the flow-objective on failure.

The real problem is in the openolt adaptor taking too long to delete eapol flows in scale scenarios. But retrying deletion from onos does not hurt
