Description

Currently VOLTHA report ports with no port description tlv, thus generating errors in the ONOS logs such as
/home/jenkins/root/workspace/build_dt-berlin-pod-gpon_1T8GEM_voltha_DT_master_test/voltha/kind-voltha/scripts/logger/combined/onos-onos-classic-1.log.0001:2020-07-08T22:01:16.781114648Z [90m22:01:16.780[0m [1;31mERROR[m [90m[ONOSLLDP][0m Cannot find the port description tlv type.

VOLTHA should report TLVs for it's ports.
