Every time a port is enabled, the number of groups on the corresponding leaf switch increases.
Please check attached onos-diags which was captured before and after "portstate of:0000000000000003 1 disable" (at 14:45:28) followed by port-up several seconds later.
group number on of:0000000000000003 increased from 114 to 130. Part of the extra groups:
