Missing routes in `onos-fabric` causes no external connectivity in the msgs

Missing routes in `onos-fabric` causing vSG unable to have external connectivity.
All required configurations were performed after installation.
Issue observed on Flex and QCT PODs
(PODs were rebuilt yesterday after few other fixes)

Jono investigated the issue and confirms the problem with the url in the new version of ONOS
